Territory Manager USA

Job Description

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for building a leading market position for Cleondris in the enterprise storage environment in the United States. In this role, we are looking for excellent organizational and sales skills. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. If you are also determined and analytical, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure that our customers and partners are satisfied and look for appropriate ways to increase our sales.

Your responsibilities

  • Your primary focus will be on key account acquisition, business development, responding to RFPs, developing proposals for client presentations, and selling products
  • You successfully implement our partner program with the corresponding go-to-market model, acquire new partners with a high reputation, empower partners through targeted product training and actively support them in the sales process with key customers
  • You will use your excellent relationship building, negotiation and technical skills to succeed in your field

Your profile

  • Several years of proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; sales experience and knowledge of our industry is a plus
  • Ability to implement go-to-market strategies and leverage performance KPIs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to clearly convey information and provide reasoning as needed to assist customers in making purchasing decisions
  • Organizational skills and leadership qualities
  • Quick decision making and problem solving ability
  • Collaborate with sales reps from multiple territories to share best practices and support a cohesive approach to sales
  • Extensive channel and partner knowledge in the American market
  • Lead and opportunity management to ensure target figures are met
  • Independent, entrepreneurial mind set
